The creator of “Inspector Gadget,” Andy Heyward, has reduced the price of his Bel-Air estate to just under $10 million.
Heyward slashed the asking price on his California manse by more than half a million dollars after three unproductive months on the market. The Hamptons-style home stretches to more than 5,000 square feet, with five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms throughout.
The luxurious residence was built in 2011 and features French doors, a small library, and an expansive kitchen complete with slab marble countertops and brass features. Three en-suite guest bedrooms and a beautiful master suite also ensure the future homeowners will be comfortable.
Not surprising for the digs of a filmmaker, the home also boasts an advanced screening room complete with a wet bar, padded walls, and a secret door that leads to a gym. A large yard, an infinity-edge swimming pool, and incredible views from the master terrace distinguish the exterior of the property.
The three-time Emmy nominee’s home is also available as a short-term rental, at $50,000 a month.
