If your 90-inch television just isn’t cutting it, Austrian electronics company C Seed has come out with the final statement in the not-so-small-screen marketplace. The company has unveiled the world’s largest 4K widescreen TV, a massive, breathtaking behemoth called the C Seed 262.
Measuring in with a diagonal length of 262 inches (over 21 feet), an overall width of 20.16 feet, and a height of 8.44 feet, the C Seed 262 is a gigantic 4K television that comes with a motorized custom fabric screen cover that folds up with a simple button press.
This isn’t the first time C Seed has earned worldwide recognition for a project. Its outdoor entertainment systems helped redefine the market, including the C Seed 201 outdoor TV completed with Porsche Design, and the 125 outdoor sound system that the Austrian outfit created with L-Acoustics.
The 262 C Seed packs a 4K LED display with black LED technology to offer a higher contrast, ultra-high-definition technology, a broad picture and color spectrum, and an 800 NITS brightness that allows the massive TV to impress even in bright light conditions.
The C Seed 262 also comes with an integrated 4K media server and six integrated high-end speakers. C Seed will reportedly ask $500,000 for the supersized 262 TV.
