Rapper PartyNextDoor—aka Jahron Brathwaite—has picked up an estate in Santa Rosa Valley; the rhythm-and-rhyme stylist dropped $2.5 million on the looming Mediterranean-influenced and gated home. PND paid the asking price for the property, which had been on the market since last winter.
Located in the Hidden Meadows community, the sprawling house spans 8,100 square feet, with six bedrooms and nine baths. The property comes to five acres, and includes a tennis court, a lagoon-style saltwater pool with a beach-like entry, and koi ponds. The pool is itself a small complex, incorporating a swim-in grotto, waterslide, and three story waterfall.
The house’s Mediterranean influence is blended with some modern and contemporary design elements, making it a little bit of a gumbo; it was designed as a mini-resort and situated on a hilltop, with views of the surrounding countryside falling away in all directions.
The house features a generously proportioned master suite placed on its own wing, with his and hers baths, his and hers closets, a fireplace, and built-in cabinetry. There is a family room with a fireplace and a wet bar, a sauna, a game room, and a large home cinema with tiered seating. A double-height foyer sets the tone of the spacious home, which also includes a formal living room and dining room.
The property exterior includes equestrian facilities, and the grounds include gardens, lawns, and an orchard.
Brathwaite’s last studio release was last year’s ‘PartyNextDoor 3’; the album debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200. He has collaborated with Drake and Big Sean, and has penned songs for Rihanna, among others.
