Ellen DeGeneres is making major moves in the real estate market. Just a week after unloading one of her two condos at One Beverly West Tower, the talk show host has reduced the price on her second unit to $6.995 million.

Located along L.A.’s Wilshire Boulevard, the condo is far from small, stretching to 4,158 square feet. This is especially surprising since DeGeneres slashed the price on the unit by $1 million, down from $7.995 million.

Boasting two bedrooms and three bathrooms, the listing features floor-to-ceiling windows with automated sun shades, wide plank oak floors, gray stone tiles, a private elevator entrance, and a luxurious Italian kitchen with black lacquer cabinets.

Thanks to the unit’s 12th-floor location, residents will enjoy views of the downtown skyline, L.A. Country Club, and the Pacific Ocean.
