“Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer Derek Hough has listed his development estate in Sherman Oaks, California, for $1.795 million; that’s three times more than Hough paid for the property just two years ago.

Set on roughly half an acre, it is being marketed with already approved plans for a modern-style house with walls of glass to best take in the stunning views.

The proposed plans for the 3,358 square foot house include three bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a spa-like bathroom and a massive walk-in closet in the master suite.

Outside is a proposed infinity-edge swimming pool with a lifted spa. There is also an attached two-car garage. Hough dropped $560,000 for the plot when he purchased it in 2015.

Hough has won six seasons of “Dancing With the Stars,” and remains the current lead among all of the professional dancers on the show. A mainstay on the hit show since 2007, Hough has also won a pair of Emmy Awards for his choreography.
