Tuned-up cars, especially on the upper end of the market, are pretty common. The better tuning workshops can transform a quick, luxurious vehicle into a real fire-breather. The car becomes a customized piece along the way, accruing value for greater individuality.
But it’s not very often that the wheels are removed and replaced by snow mobile-like tracks to make a Bentley into a champagne-taste Sno-Cat.
Well, tuner Rain Prisk has done exactly that. They’ve introduced this special Bentayga that has become a 600-horsepower snow-trekking vehicle that looks like it will appear in the next James Bond film. And, it just might.
The Bentayga was dubbed as the world’s fastest production off-road SUV at the time of its release last year. The famed British automaker decided to join the all-wheel drive crossover SUV market, but Bentley-style, and the result was characteristically aristocratic. Now, it’s a unique means of reaching the chalet during a blizzard.
Other changes to the Bentayga make it more rugged for winter purposes, including a new utility rack roof for holding all of one’s outdoor gear, be it for survival or pleasure (or maybe a little bit of both). There is also a light bar on top for times when a little extra light is needed to plot a course through the wilderness.
