Opened this past April, Kokomo Private Island Fiji is the newest private vacation getaway in the South Pacific.

Purchased by Australian billionaire Lang Walker in 2013, Kokomo is a stunning resort surrounded by the Great Astrolabe Reef. It features billfish, tuna, giant trevally, manta ray, and seasonal appearances from humpback whales.

Kokomo is classified as a PADI five-star dive resort, and offers a number of sea sporting options such as stand-up paddle boards, outer-reef surfing equipment, deep-sea fishing, laser sailing, and much more. There will also be naturally-inspired in-house spa features for those wanting a little more relaxation during their vacation.

The 140-acre island is accessible via a private Twin Otter seaplane or helicopter. There are five hilltop residences for guests to enjoy, with sizes ranging from three to six bedrooms, a beachfront home with six bedrooms, and 21 beachfront villas that offer one to three bedroom options.

Kokomo is also available for exclusive-use buyouts for those wanting the entire island to themselves for $100,000 a night.
