Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails fame has listed his home in the Beverly Crest neighborhood of Los Angeles for $5.75 million. That’s almost $1.3 million more than the same house was listed for when it was last available, about two years ago.

The half-acre gated property features lush tropical landscaping that offers a pleasing contrast to the posh, 4,320-square-foot contemporary-style home.

The house contains five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an indoor/outdoor vibe that runs throughout thanks to features such as retracting French doors in the kitchen, and the illuminated stone wall on the master suite patio.

Outside is an infinity-edge pool that appears to spill into the canyon, an outdoor fireplace with modern-styled lounge seating, and spacious lawns that are perfect for entertaining.

Reznor founded Nine Inch Nails back in 1988 and serves as the singer, songwriter, producer, and only official member. The rock band’s most recent release was its “Not the Actual Events” EP, which included Reznor’s film-score composition partner Atticus Ross.

Along with Ross, Reznor has scored the David Fincher films “The Social Network,” “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo,” and “Gone Girl.” The duo has won an Academy Award for Best Original score for their work on “The Social Network” and a Grammy Award for “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.”
