Model and actress Diane Kruger recently sold off her Manhattan residence for $1.11 million, a figure well over the $965,000 asking price. Now Kruger will look to find the same luck with another one of her properties, a contemporary-style home in West Hollywood that she has listed with her ex-boyfriend Joshua Jackson for $6 million.
The couple split in 2016 after about a decade of dating, which is the same year that this main 4,931-square-foot main house was completed. The new two-story home holds four to five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and boasts green features like solar panels, a rain water collection system, heated floors, and xeriscaped grounds. The small parcel also boasts a sizeable two-story guesthouse.
Outside, there is a shaded porch area and a plunge-sized swimming pool right next to the loft-style guesthouse.
Kruger also owns an apartment located near the Quai Voltaire in Paris; fashion magnate Karl Lagerfeld is one of her neighbors. Jackson still owns a 1.34-acre parcel up in the Santa Monica Mountains between Malibu and Topanga that he snatched up for $865,000 in 2002.
The German-born actress wowed screens as Helen in the star-studded war epic “Troy” before she served as the love interest of Nicholas Cage in the blockbuster “National Treasure” films. She also went on to win a Screen Actors Guild Award for her part in the Quentin Tarantino classic “Inglorious Basterds.”
Jackson first hit major fame for his role as Charlie Conway in “The Mighty Ducks” film franchise; he went on to be one of the stars of the now-classic TV drama “Dawson’s Creek.” More recently, he starred in shows like “Fringe” and “The Affair,” as well as making a guest appearance on the Netflix hit “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.”
