Project Kahn has a penchant for identifying some of the globe’s most elite vehicles and taking them to an entirely new level.
This time around the famed tuner took a Range Rover Sport SVR and modded it to a pace car’s specifications. The result is a combination of bespoke luxury and somewhat daunting power.
The exterior of the tuned-up Range Rover Sport SVR boasts new ABS polymer trimmings, including a new splitter in the front, wider wheel arches, a roof wing, and a rear deck spoiler lid. Topping it off are 23-inch RS alloy wheels and a Volcanic Rock Satin paint job that offers a lean, mean, stealth-bomber like look, with a decidedly futuristic fascia.
On the inside of the Sport SVR are some eye-catching cosmetics and creature comforts: new handcrafted upholstery, vented aluminum pedals, and stainless steel door entry sill plates.
Powering the beast is a tweaked and ramped-up 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine that packs a 542-horsepower punch. Channeling this aggression is an eight-speed transmission; cornering brake control and torque vectoring help keep things on an even keel when the adrenaline is pumping.
The Project Kahn Range Rover Sport SVR: a mouthful of a name? Yes. But, the tuner was at pains to leave nothing out.
