Lee Rocker and his wife Deborah Drucker have put their incredible Laguna Beach home back on the market, this time with a $10.5 million asking price.
The Stray Cats’ bassist and his fashion designer partner had listed the home for $11.5 million, but it failed to sell. The pair originally purchased the beautiful Moroccan-inspired manse back in 1998, for $1.075 million.
Designed by Marvin Taff and nestled in Emerald Bay, the home stretches to roughly 6,800 square feet and boasts a beautiful front courtyard and garden alcove.
Arched details can be found nearly everywhere, but the bright chef’s kitchen and luxurious dining room especially stand out with arched windows and a curved wall of glass. Needless to say, the home offers incredible views of the Pacific Ocean.
In addition to six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, there’s also a home theater, a wood-lined library, an outdoor kitchen, and a swimming pool and spa.
You’ll have to supply your own amplifiers, though. Rocker’s taking the Ampeg and Fender with him.
