Busy people looking to improve their sleep can now get their hands on what is being called the world’s most comfortable pillow. The Tailormade Pillow Gold Edition made its debut at Index, a Middle East interiors exhibition, and it’s now available for $57,500.

Taking fifteen years to develop, the luxurious pillow is sure to help owners sleep better. To develop the special pillow, neck specialist Thijs van der Hilst utilized a special algorithm, 3D scanners, and printers to develop a unique pillow’s shape for each customer.

The pillow features hand-stitched Egyptian cotton that covers molded non-toxic Dutch memory foam to help support a sleeper’s head, shoulders, and neck. And if the luxe textiles and comfort profile aren’t enough, there are precious metals and stones worked into the design, too: gold fabric, four diamonds, and a 22.5-carat sapphire.
