RadMini has come out with its Electric Folding Bike, a device that can tackle even rough roads, then fold up for easy storage. There are other folding electrics out there, but the RadMini’s rugged design and powerful motor, and 7-speed Shimano drivetrain make it a real workhorse, and versatile too.
The RadMini boasts a 750-watt, 48-volt system that powers the bike to a top speed of 20 mph and a 20-to-40-plus mile range. The electric folding bike comes equipped with a 5-level pedal assist and a full LCD display that offers a speedometer, wattmeter (for power-level readings), and an odometer.
All this power requires a great system to stop the Electric Folding Bike, so RadMini gave its nifty creation a Tektro mechanical disc brake set.
Helping keep the ride smooth are 20-inch tires that are four inches wide. The stability and relief offered by fat tires make the Electric Folding Bike a solid off-road option.
The one-size fits all frame comes with a 26.6-inch stand over height, making the RadMini bike ideal for riders ranging from 5-foot-2-to 6-foot-2.
