Porsche tuning specialist TECHART has revealed its testament to thirty years in the business. The Magnum ‘Sport 30 Years’ is the German company’s newest take on the Cayenne Turbo S, and it looks exactly like what it is: a track-ready SUV. Not a new concept for the folks at TECHART, but the team has used their 30th anniversary to make the statement a bit more forcefully.
TECHART managed to squeeze 720 horsepower out of the Cayenne’s engine. The Sport 30 makes use of the Cayenne’s on-board ‘Sport’ selector to harvest horsepower above the standard driving mode; the standard mode has been tuned to 650 horsepower.
The TECHART three-part carbon fiber splitter increases downforce and engine cooling considerably, and TECHART’s airframes and side ducts help channel air. The Magnum Sport 30’s unmistakable, hunkering look is sealed by the splitter, the winglets inside the air intakes, and the wheel-arch extensions.
Carbon fiber parts—aside from the front splitter—include the rear diffuser, vents, engine lid, spoilers, front wheel arch outlets, rear air outlets, and interior cosmetics. The interior also gets custom leather and Alcantara upholstery with accent stitching, Magnum Sport seats, three-spoke sport steering wheel, and custom gauges.
TECHART has established itself in a unique automotive niche marketplace. As the go-to for Porsche tuning, they’re the industry standard. The anniversary-themed Magnum Sport 30 is a fitting culmination of three decades in the business.
