Jack and Lisa Osbourne have listed their home in Studio City. The producer and actor have listed the home with an asking price of $3.449 million. They purchased the property upon completion about three years ago, for $3.2 million.
The Traditional style house dates to 2014, and measures 5,600 square feet. It contains five bedrooms and seven baths.
The interior is well-crafted, and shows an attention to detail. Ornamental ceilings, a nice variety of arches and hard angles, wainscoting, and chandelier and pendant lighting spice up the living spaces a little. The interiors are generally whitewashed, with pale hardwood floors throughout, and contrasting cool toned walls in the living and dining rooms.
The high ceilings and glass give the home a nicely open feel; the kitchen, in particular, is generously proportioned, with abundant room to navigate. The grey subway tile and kitchen island give it a little color without being overbearing, and the marble countertops offer some texture. The kitchen, dayroom and family room are presented in an open progression, and a set of French doors opens onto the patio and pool.
The house features a home cinema and entertainment room, an office, and a large master suite; the master bath is large and bright, and laid out in the spa fashion. No real surprises here, but a nicely designed home with good execution, and a comfortably easygoing style.
Among Jack Osbourne’s T.V. productions is the History Channel travel-log series ‘Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour’, which gave the father and son a chance to co-host a television program.
