Bugatti and Parmigiani Fleurier’s collaboration continues. Their newest collective offering is dubbed the Bugatti Aérolithe Performance.

In creating the new Bugatti watch, Parmigiani Fleurier paid tribute to the French supercar maker’s history with a nod to one of the rarest models, the Aérolithe. The car was built by Jean Bugatti, using a super flammable magnesium alloy called “Elektron” that made its debut at the 1935 Earl’s Court Motor Show in the U.K. The car had a road test, and then disappeared.

The actual watch is made out of titanium, instead of the flammable Elektron, with the case measuring in at 41mm. Parmigiani Fleurier used laser technology to complete the finishes featured on the timepiece.

Powering the Bugatti Aérolithe Performance is the Parmigiani Calibre PF 335 movement. The in-house movement consists of 311 pieces and boasts 68 jewels with a power reserve of 50 hours.

The Bugatti Aérolithe Performance is fitted with a black calfskin leather strap. The watch is available for $22,900.
