Bose’s reputation precedes the company. The American audio manufacturer has revealed a new Bluetooth speaker lineup called SoundLink Revolve, intending to give B&O a run for their money.

Bose offers the new, portable, 360-degree speaker in two sizes, the SoundLink Revolve and the larger Revolve+, which features an extended frequency spectrum. Both pack new dual-opposing passive radiators, and feature an ultra-efficient transducer and newly-designed acoustic deflector.

The rechargeable battery of the SoundLink Revolve and Revolve+ lasts 12 and 16 hours, respectively. The IPX4-rated device also has the ability to withstand spills, rain, and pool splashes, making the SoundLink speakers rugged enough for everyday use. It’s got a nifty handle, too, inviting owners to take it along on outings, or easily change the entertainment venue.

Bose will make both models in either black or white, with the SoundLink Revolve priced at $199, and the larger SoundLink Revolve+ fetching $299.
