Trey Songz has opted out of his Miami co-op. The vocal stylist has listed his unit on Brickell Key for the second time, and this time around is asking $750K. Songz had been hoping for a bit more, having initially listed the property at a little over a million, which would’ve represented a nice return on the $435K he had invested in the property. Having a new unit in a nearby building, though, he’s ready to move on.

The unit measures a compact 1,626 square feet, and neatly incorporates a pair of bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an open concept common living area into the available space. Materials are top-notch—tasteful elements of tile and natural stone for floors, counters, and backsplashes. The beige interior is contrasted nicely by some darker, cooler tones. It’s a tight little condo, but fairly well designed.

The master bedroom uses up a good slice of the square footage, and features dark plank hardwood flooring, a bath accented with black tile, and cabinets with opaque glass panels. There is a walk-in closet.

The outdoor balcony is accessible from several sliding glass doors, and features a view of the other residential skyscrapers which comprise Brickell Key, as well as a good-sized slice of water and sky.

Songz’s latest studio effort, Tremaine the Album, hit number three on the Billboard 200.
