Actor Lisa Kudrow has sold a vacation retreat in Park City, Utah. The penthouse condo had been on the market for about a year, and was initially listed at $4.1 million. Kudrow accepted an offer of a little over $3.6 million to complete the sale.

The condo measures a little over 3,750 square feet, and contains four bedrooms, all en-suite, and an additional bath and a half. It’s designed to take in as much of the surrounding natural beauty as possible, and features sweeping glass in the double-height great room. The main room incorporates the dining room and kitchen, as well as a second floor gallery. The first floor space features a rough-hewn granite fireplace, and wide-plank hardwood floors. The plank ceiling adds to the alpine atmosphere.

Earth-tones predominate throughout. The master bath is nicely finished in variegated slate tile, and the master bedrooms features a second fireplace. Guest bedrooms feature private balconies, and glass walls and doors. Lighting throughout is recessed.

Aside from its identity as a winter and summer sports haven, Park City is the home of the Sundance Film Festival.

Lisa Kudrow had a series-long run as Phoebe Buffay in ‘Friends’. She has also starred in the films of Don Roos, and has written and produced the industry satire ‘The Comeback’, the two seasons of which aired nine years apart, but not necessarily for reasons of verisimilitude.
