Mega-producer Ryan Kavanaugh, the founder of Relativity Media, has listed his home in the guard gated Brentwood Circle neighborhood of Los Angeles for $10.5 million.
Kavanaugh and his third wife, model Jessica Roffey, purchased the Hamptons-style estate less than a year ago for $9.75 million.
The palatial home measures 9,100 square feet, and contains six bedrooms and six full- and four half-bathrooms. The mansion also features formal dining and living rooms, a well-appointed kitchen with two-toned cabinetry and a long center island, an art studio, a fitness room, a music room, and a family room. The great room is designed with wood-paneled coffered ceilings and floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves, and contains a stocked four-stool wet bar. The dramatic plank ceilings of the office, though, may be the showpiece of the home.
Sitting on .69 acres, the estate is home to blushing flower gardens, a putting green, flagstone terraces, a built-in barbecue, a fire pit, and a dark-bottom swimming pool and spa.
Kavanaugh reportedly resigned from Relativity Media earlier this year amid multi-million dollar fraud allegations. As a producer, he was responsible for bringing films such as “Limitless,” “Immortals,” “The Fighter,” and “Safe Haven” to the silver screen, in addition to working as an executive producer on titles such as “Cowboys & Aliens,” “Masterminds,” “Land of the Lost,” “The Ugly Truth,” and many others.
He continues to own a property in the famed Point Dume neighborhood of Malibu, California, that he tried to sell in 2016, and has extensive holdings on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
Kavanaugh’s net worth is estimated to be north of $1 billion.
