Future NBA Hall of Famer Paul Pierce is looking to move on from his longtime home in the Cheviot Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, and he’s listed it for $3.395 million.
Pierce, a graduate of L.A.-area Inglewood High School, spent the majority of his career with the Boston Celtics. He purchased the 2000-built, Mediterranean-style home for his mother over a decade ago, after he signed his first long-term contract with Boston.
The 5,300-square, two-story home holds five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an office, a larger center-island kitchen, a great room, a living room, and a number of fireplaces.
Outside, there is a loggia that opens to a mature tree-filled backyard. There is also a three-car garage on the property.
Pierce is selling the Cheviot Hills home because the remodel of the new single-story home he purchased for his mother was completed.
Pierce is a 10-time NBA All-Star. He won the NBA Championship with the Celtics in 2008, and he is in his second season with the Los Angeles Clippers.
