Andy Heyward has listed his Bel-Air home for $10.495 million. The producer, writer, and CEO of entertainment company Genius Brands International listed the estate just two years after buying it for $7.25 million.
Sitting on over an acre of gated grounds, the 2011-built, traditional-style home boasts more than 5,000 square feet of living space. The two-story house holds five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a step-down living room, a formal dining room, a screening room, a library with built-ins, and an expansive kitchen—check out the steampunk pendants over the island.
Outside, the future owner will enjoy large lawns, an infinity-edge swimming pool, and incredible wraparound terraces that offer canyon and city views.
Heyward was formerly responsible for the animation production company DiC Entertainment. He has production credits on popular animated shows like “Sailor Moon,” “Sonic the Hedgehog,” and “The Real Ghostbusters.” However, Heyward is most well known for being a co-creator of the “Inspector Gadget” franchise.
