Vintage-inspired timepieces are something Bell & Ross has excelled at in recent years: its newest Vintage Collection is actually the third iteration of the line.
By far the most advanced old-school lineup Bell & Ross has offered yet, the Vintage Collection offers three watches in total, all featuring the popular pilot’s watch aesthetic. There is a pair of three-hand models (with one boasting a sportier look than the other) and a twin-register chronograph.
Bell & Ross introduced the trio of its new Vintage Collection in Black Steel at Baselworld 2017.
The three offerings are the BR V1-92 Black Steel, the BR V2-92 Black Steel, and the BR V2-94 Black Steel Chronograph. The first two examples are powered by the in-house BR-Cal.302 movement that offers a 38-hour power reserve, while the Chronograph boasts the BR-Cal. 301 movement that offers a power reserve of 42 hours.
The BR V1-92 Black Steel comes with a leather strap and costs $1,900. The BR V2-92 Black Steel costs $2,900 and with a similarly and pleasingly plain leather strap, or customers can opt for the steel bracelet for an additional $300. Lastly, the BR V2-94 Black Steel Chronograph costs $4,300 paired with a leather strap, or $4,600 when attached to a steel bracelet.
