Frederique-Constant is a watchmaker known for its ability to produce exquisitely hand crafted watches at a reasonable price; its new Flyback Chronograph Manufacture maintains the brand’s consistency.
Powered by the in-house, 233-piece caliber FC-760, this column-wheel based flyback chronograph movement earned the Côtes de Genève, beats at 4Hz, and has a 38-hour power reserve.
Two different versions of a classic dial are available, in a 42mm stainless steel or rose gold case. There’s a sunray pattern with railroad-style minute markings, and a tachymeter scale on the outer edge. This watch is available in either silver or gray when paired with the steel case, or a chocolate color when housed in the gold case version. There’s also a Clou de Paris decorated dial, with black Roman numerals and Breguet-syle hands.
Paired with either a brown or black leather strap, the Frederique-Constant Flyback Chronograph Manufacture is priced at $3,995 stainless, and $4,295 rose gold.
