Kelly Dodd, of “Real Housewives of Orange County” fame, has relisted her Corona del Mar home with a reduction. The asking price is now $5.995 million.
The 1996-built multilevel contemporary overlooks the coastline, and includes direct access to Corona del Mar Beach.
Measuring in at 4,370 square feet, the recently remodeled house offers excellent indoor/outdoor flow. There are five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a media room, and a stunning kitchen with a beautiful white-and-gold La Cornue range.
Dodd’s home also boasts a rooftop deck and a terrace; there are abundant ocean views from each. A glass-paneled staircase and an elevator connect all of the floors of the home.
Dodd and her husband originally listed the home for $6.25 million this past summer. They picked up the home in 2014, for $3.575 million.
Dodd is a recent addition to the cast of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” joining the popular reality show last year. She is slated to return for the show’s upcoming 12th season.
