All audiophiles should own a great set of headphones, and Grado Labs’ new Heritage Series are the perfect pair for music fans looking for something special.

Grado isn’t an unfamiliar name to music lovers; their turntable cartridges and ‘phones represent some of the best equipment available.

And the Heritage set doesn’t disappoint. It’s packed with high-end technology features like a UHPLC copper voice coil, a HPLC copper connecting cable, and dynamic transducers. On top of the tech features, Grado has utilized super resonant Cocobolo for a tone wood resonance chamber.

Cocobolo lumber comes from Central American and is known for its tonal properties. Luthiers use it to make some of the world’s best guitars. It is prized and pricey, and not without good reason.

Grado Labs has boasted that these are the best headphones they’ve ever built; they retail for $650.
