Hit cartoon-movie writer and producer Roger S.H. Schulman has listed his home in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly, California. Schulman is asking $6.8 million for the property.

The 1960’s-built mid-century modern home is situated on a cul-de-sac at the height of Beverly Hills. It measures in at 3,800 square feet and contains three bedrooms and four baths. It’s a sprawling layout, bright and open; a little dated, but comfortable.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, a massive beige marble fireplace, and a large eat-in kitchen are just some of the features of the house. Outside, there is a courtyard-like front yard with a swimming pool. The property is quite private.

Schulman is responsible for hit animated films such as “Balto,” and the more recent “Shrek,” for which he was nominated for an Oscar. He is currently working on the show “Bizaardvardk” for the Disney Channel.
