Television writer Larry Reitzer and studio violinist Matthew Funes have listed their Tudor-style home in the historic section of the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. The couple is asking $2.499 million for the residence.

The couple painstakingly restored the 1929-built home during the six years they owned the property. They’ve put a lot of love and care into it, but they’ve also picked up a new home in Hawaii. Who can blame them?

The Arthur H. Stibolt-designed home is known as the Hunter Residence, and features cathedral ceilings, original stained glass windows, arched doorways, and a number of built-ins.

The five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home measures 4,630 square feet and offers a massive living room, a formal dining room, a modernized kitchen, and an elevator.

Reitzer is currently an executive producer on the new children’s series “Hyperlinked” on YouTube Red. His past credits include working for the shows “Ugly Betty,” “Spin City,” “Just Shoot Me!,” and “Melissa and Joey.”

Funes has worked alongside the likes of Madonna, Eric Clapton, and Barbara Streisand. He has also contributed to the film scores of “The Fast and the Furious,” “Toy Story,” and “La La Land.”
