Glenn Howerton, actor and producer of hit FX comedy “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” has sold off his beach house in Venice, California, for $2.39 million.
Howerton’s former 3,100-square-foot Craftsman-inspired house was built new in 2008 and offers a blend of vintage and modern details. Unique features include beamed ceilings, wainscoting, and dark wood floors.
The house contains four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large center-island kitchen, a den, formal dining and living rooms, and a family room with built-ins.
Outside, there is a fire pit and lounge area situated between the home and the detached two-car garage.
Howerton created “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” with Rob McElhenney, and he has played the role of Dennis Reynolds on the show since it premiered in 2005. The 40-year-old actor has also had recurring roles on shows such as “The Mindy Project,” “Fargo,” “House of Lies,” and “The Cleveland Show.”
Howerton snatched up the beach property for $1.692 million seven years ago. He and his wife, actress Jill Latiano, have been married since 2009.
