Jody Gerson, Chair and CEO of Universal Music Publishing Group, has snatched up a Beverly Hills home in the famed city’s Trousdale area for $6.45 million.
The 5,900-square-foot manse was built in 1970 and features a horseshoe-shaped driveway and a flat roof.
Vaulted ceilings help open up the already-large rooms such as the formal dining room, living room, eat-in kitchen and the house’s three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Outside, there is a tennis court, and a large deck surrounding a swimming pool and spa. A pool house doubles as a guest cottage, offering two additional bedrooms, and a lush lounge space.
Before Gerson bought the property, it had been listed at $7.2 million.
Gerson moved to her current role with Universal Music Group in 2015 after leaving Sony/ATV publishing. She has signed many iconic musicians during her influential career, including Pharrell Williams, Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, and Pitbull.
