Television personality Cesar Millan, better known as ‘The Dog Whisperer,’ has sold his Studio City home for $200,000 over asking, pocketing $2.06 million in the process.

The dog activist and canine thought leader paid $1.625 million for the two-story, 3,800-square-foot house half a decade ago. The property was built in 2012 and features a powder blue exterior paired with an interior that features distressed, high gloss wood flooring, wainscoting, and coffered ceilings throughout.

Millan’s former home holds five bedrooms, 4.25 bathrooms, a formal dining room, a loft space, a living room, and a chef’s kitchen with a massive center island that also serves as a bar.

Outside there is a free form swimming pool and spa amid manicured lawns, citrus trees, and privacy hedges. A covered patio provides a niche for enjoying the outdoors in shaded comfort.

Millan is a self-taught dog trainer. His television shows include currently running Nat Geo Wild’s ‘Cesar 911,’ and his rise-to-fame series, ‘Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan.’
