The house that late actress Patricia Barry called her home for almost 50 years has sold for $10.3 million.
The Brentwood estate measures at around three-quarters of an acre. The residence is a 1937-built, 4,330-square-foot, Southern Colonial-style. Barry paid only $111,700 for the property in 1969, and lived there until she passed away last year at the age of 93.
Barry’s former home holds five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with fireplaces in the study, living room, and master suite. There is also a sunroom, a wood-paneled bar space, and a grand foyer.
Outside there are spacious lawns, mature trees, and a swimming pool.
Barry was a star on television shows such as ‘Twilight Zone,’ ‘Harris Against the World,’ and ‘Days of Our Lives.’ Her film appearances include ‘Send Me No Flowers’ and ‘Sea of Love.’
