Actor Jeremy Ratchford has offloaded his home in the Valley Village neighborhood of Los Angeles. The actor netted $1.38 million in the sale.

The 1940s-built house measures in at 2,900 square feet, and contains four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms; it is situated on a hedged and gated quarter-acre lot. The home features a center-island kitchen, a dining room, a family room, a living room, and a pair of fireplaces to enjoy.

There is also a detached garage that was converted to a recreation space with checkerboard tile flooring, as well as a trellis-topped patio space. The exterior features mature trees and lawns to fill out the roomy backyard.

Ratchford is best known for his role as detective Nick Vera on the crime show “Cold Case.” The 51-year-old actor has also appeared on TV shows “NCIS,” “Bones,” and “The Practice,” while more recently he acted in a film called “Small Town Crime” that is slated for release later this year.

Ratchford originally picked up the San Fernando Valley property in 2007 for $1.35 million.
