The new BRuX portable coffee maker mug makes getting barista-level pour-over coffee an easy and convenient all-in-one process.

The stainless steel vacuum insulated cup stores the pop-out cone that holds the filter and coffee for the pour-over system,and then switches its act from a brewing device to a coffee mug in mere seconds.

When finished brewing, the user may easily detach and discard the filter and grinds, pop the cone back into the mug, screw on the lid, and then go about their business as usual. Best of all, there is now a super fresh cup of coffee right at its user’s fingertips.

The BRuX is perfect for any coffee-making situation. From camping trips, to mornings at home or in the office, or even on the road, the BRuX refreshes as long as hot water and coffee grinds are available.

Joel Bebo is responsible for creating the BRuX, which started as a Kickstarter project, earning the necessary $25,000-plus startup costs to get the simple bit of genius idea off the ground, and into production.
