Actress Sara Ramirez, best known for her decade-long stretch as Dr. Callie Torres on the hit medical drama ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ has sold her home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Echo Park for $1.4 million.
The corner-lot property features a multi-level main house constructed in the 1970s, which measures in at a little under 3,000 square feet.
Ramirez’s former home holds three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a step-down living room, a dining space, and an updated and upgraded kitchen. The master suite also includes a custom jetted bath tub and a steam shower enclosed by French doors.
Additionally, there is a separate guesthouse included in the sale: a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1908-built cottage located lower on the estate.
Ramirez also acts as the voice of Queen Miranda on the hit show ‘Sofia the First,’ and has appeared in ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.’ The actress took home a Tony Award in 2005 for her Broadway role as The Lady of the Lake in ‘Spamalot.’
