Univision anchor Maria Elena Salinas has listed her home in Coral Gables, Florida for $3.45 million.

Situated a few blocks from Granada Golf Course, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home measures 4,057 square feet, and sits on a gated corner lot. The property last sold in 2001, for $230,000.

The designer of the 1937-built home was Phineas Paist, the same architect who designed the Coral Gables City Hall, Villa Vizcaya, and the Deering Estate. Paist also served as the supervising architect of the Coral Gables Corporation.

Inside, there is a formal fireplace, a neoclassical metal overhang, private guest quarters, and a massive living room that features exposed beams.

Salinas has been the co-anchor of Univision’s “Noticiero Univision” since 1987, and has been called “the Voice of Hispanic America” by the New York Times. Salinas also serves as the host of Univision’s news magazine show, “Aquí y Ahora.”
