Fresh from the recent release of the Comme des Garçons x NikeLab Dunk High “Clear” sneaker collaboration, the Japanese fashion house and American shoe company has revealed another long-awaited joint venture: the Comme des Garçons x NikeLab Air VaporMax.

The sneaker was unveiled at the 2017 New York Fashion Week, which was the perfect time to introduce the new kicks to as large of an audience as possible. The new VaporMax shoe surely made a big impression, and did so just in time to help Nike celebrate the 30th anniversary of the model.

Comme des Garçons and Nike built new technologies into the VaporMax that add air in place of foam in the midsole. The result is a cloud-like feeling of comfort when wearing the uber-engineered shoes.

With an ultra-modern street-chic form, and a new slip-on design, the Air VaporMax is offered in two dramatic monochrome variations.
