Longtime actor John Larroquette has listed his Silver Strand neighborhood home just off of Venice Beach and by the Marina Del Rey Harbor in Marina Del Rey, California, for $3.75 million.

The Silver Strand is an exclusive group of houses that offers its owners a neighborhood with a uniquely Italian aesthetic.

Larroquette’s home is made in the Mediterranean style and measures in at 4,790 square feet. The property holds five bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a finished basement that features a private screening room, a recording studio, a gym, and a game room. When adding the finished basement, the square footage bumps up to a little over 6,100 square feet.

The home is situated near a bike path and is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, but few will want to leave the house thanks to a landscaped patio area with a spa and al fresco dining space that’s ideal for entertaining guests.

Larroquette currently has a role on the TNT series “The Librarians,” and he is probably best known for his role as Dan Fielding on the popular 1980s show “Night Court.” He has won five Primetime Emmy Awards for his performances over the years and has also added a Tony to his trophy case for his part in the Broadway revival of “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying.”
