Film and television mega-producer Mark Burnett, the man responsible for hit shows such as “Survivor” and “The Apprentice,” has added another property to his portfolio by picking up a Malibu, California, home in the star-studded Point Dume neighborhood for $4.1 million.

The single-story, 1953-built Ranch-style home boasts panoramic ocean and mountain views and holds four bedrooms and three bathrooms within a spacious feeling 1,900 square feet.

Other features of the home include modern stainless steel appliances, a garage that has been turned into a media room, and a backyard complete with a writer’s cottage and a large patio with a fire pit.

Burnett is the current president of MGM Television. He has won 10 Primetime Emmy Awards for his role as a producer on “Survivor.” Some of Burnett’s other TV credits include “The Voice,” “Celebrity Apprentice,” and even the “Primetime Emmy Awards” show where he has been a recipient of a statue.

This isn’t Burnett’s only Malibu holding. He also owns an ocean-view estate that he dropped $25 million for back in 2005.
