Drummer Travis Barker of Blink-182 fame has listed his home in the Cheviot Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for $4.75 million.
The modern architectural marvel is situated in an area just south of Century City and Fox Studios, just a short walk away from Rancho Park golf course. The four-bedroom house cost Barker $4 million in 2014 after it finished a comprehensive remodel.
Barker’s home boasts a living room with massive windows to accompany the 13-foot ceilings. There is also a retractable wall of glass and a kitchen island that ventures out onto the patio. This gives the home a unique indoor-outdoor vibe.
The upper story covers the patio and comes with its own television and fireplace. The master suite is a clothes junkie’s dream, coming with three walk-in closets and complete with a walnut and ceramic master bath.
Barker joined Blink-182 in 1998 and has been with the band ever since, including through its breakup, reformation, breakup again, and current configuration. Blink-182 currently includes new member Matt Skiba replacing founding guitar and vocalist, Tom DeLonge, founder member and bassist Mark Hoppus, along with Barker.
