Veteran comedian and actor Richard Lewis has sold his longtime home in Hollywood Hills West for $1.354 million.

The 1920s Mediterranean-style home cost Lewis $720,000 when he purchased it in 1989. Other celebrity owners of the property include voice-over actor Charles Judels, actor and dancer Gene Nelson, and actor-singer Eddie Albert.

Measuring in at 2,508 square feet, the home boasts a step-down living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a media room, and a redone kitchen. The house holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a private reading nook and its own office.

Outside is a canopy-covered patio and a balcony with its own fireplace just off the home’s media room. The property holds views of the surrounding tree line and the city lights below.

Lewis is known for the 1993 cult-classic “Robin Hood: Men in Tights.” He also appeared on shows such as “Late Night with David Letterman” and the popular and recently returned HBO show “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”
