Wacky and zany dad on ABC’s “Modern Family,” actor Ty Burrell, may be a real estate agent on the small screen, but in real life, he is looking to offload his penthouse condo in Culver City after listing it for $1.398 million.
Situated in Culver Centrale, a mixed-use development in the L.A.-adjacent city, Burrell’s space is a corner unit that boasts city and mountain views.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse unit measures in at 1,690 square feet and features a modern kitchen with an island, balconies off the living room and master bedroom, and a pair of side-by-side parking spots.
Burrell bought the penthouse apartment seven years ago for $865,000. The 49-year-old actor has won a couple of Emmys for his portrayal as Phil Dunphy on “Modern Family,” and he has also appeared in films like “The Incredible Hulk” and “Finding Dory.”
