Record producer and in-demand beat maker Dijon McFarlane, more famously known as DJ Mustard, recently shelled out $2.36 million for a gated three-acre estate in the Chatsworth neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The English-style property comes with a swimming pool complete with a spa, a lighted tennis court, and a six-car garage. There are also loggias with ceiling fans and plenty of dining and lounge space overlooking the expansive and grass-filled backyard.
On the steps leading up to the manse is a pair of lion statues setting the regal vibe for DJ Mustard’s new home.
The countryside-manor-style main house measures in at 7,400 square feet and holds six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The interior also boasts formal dining and living rooms, an updated center-island kitchen with a breakfast nook, a library with a wet bar, a theater/game room, and a home gym.
DJ Mustard has released two of his own studio albums, “10 Summers” and “Cold Summer.” He has also created beats and served as a producer for the likes of Ludacris, Young Jeezy, YG, and Tyga.
