Audemars Piguet is responsible for some iconic timepieces such as its minute repeater or famed Royal Oak, and while its newest watch deviates from the more restrained and classic design trends of the Swiss Maison, it truly lives up to the quality expected from the 130-plus-year-old brand.

The Diamond Outrage bracelet is a spikey black and diamond-filled piece of haute joaillerie that invokes feelings of awe and hesitation all at once. On top of that, tucked and hidden away in the diamond-encrusted impaler is a small watch face.

Powering the small watch is Audemars Piguet’s caliber 2701 quartz movement, and while it isn’t the high-end mechanical movement watch fans have come to expect from the Swiss watchmaker, it is clear this is more about style than timekeeping.

The piece comes in two white gold versions. The diamond example comes complete with about 65 carats of sparkling brilliance, and the second piece is a unique creation covered with blue sapphire.
