CNN anchor Don Lemon has sold his Harlem apartment in a building on Frederick Douglass Boulevard for $969,000, over $100,000 more than he paid for it in 2014.

Lemon currently lives in Unit 11B, and it looks like he has abandoned plans of expanding seeing as the unit he just sold is 11A. The space measures in at 859 square feet and holds just one bedroom and one bathroom.

The apartment comes with luxury appliances from Miele, SubZero, and Wolf. The bathroom is finished with modern styling and a gray tile motif with a large shower boasting floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

Lemon also owned a third apartment in the same building that he sold off in 2014 for $710,000, which was another sale in the black for Lemon as it fetched $200,000 more than its asking price.

The 50-year-old anchor is an Emmy and Edward R. Murrow Award winner who has been with CNN since 2006. He published the memoir “Transparent,” in which he came out as gay and discussed the issues of colorism and sexual abuse in his own life and, more broadly, in America.
