Triumph has improved its Street Triple middleweight motorcycle for 2017 by upping the output to 765cc across its four different examples, even including a low ride height option.

The Street Triple 765 is geared to a broad rider base thanks to it being lightweight, its confidence-inspired handling, and its flashy engine. The Street Triple 675 was already one of Triumph’s best selling bikes since it first debuted in 2007, and the addition of the new 765 is a fitting celebration of the 10th anniversary of the model.

Triumph based the engine off of its 675cc Daytona engine that was featured in the outgoing Street Triple. In order to pump out the extra 90cc from the engine, Triumph updated and upgraded around 80 parts and pieces to get more power out of the relatively compact engine.

The four models (the S, R, RS, and RT) all change the Street Triple up in various ways. The different examples are either slightly more or less powerful, include more advanced brake and suspension setups, or a combination of both.
