Actress Ashley Benson of “Pretty Little Liars” has just reduced the price on her Los Angeles abode to $2.695 million.

The 1930s French Normandy-style home set above the Sunset Strip was originally listed by Benson for $2.995 million in 2016. She acquired the 3,085-square-foot home back in October of 2012 for $2.2 million.

Holding three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the unique home boasts colorful additions like bee wallpaper and a pink-striped wall in the backyard. The property also features a two-car garage, a formal dining room with a coffered ceiling, a step-down den complete with a dry bar and fireplace, and a paneled library covered in bookshelves.

The “Spring Breakers” actress isn’t the first celebrity to reside here, either. Musician Dave Stewart of Eurythmics and pop singer Kylie Minogue have also called the estate home. Benson also owns a home in Beverly Hills that she purchased for $4.15 million back in 2015.
