Jaguar has made its F-Type the first of its kind to utilize GoPro technology, adding to the firsts and awards for the versatile sports car that the British brand introduced in 2012.

The F-Type can now offer another unique driving experience for its owners thanks to GoPro and the ReRun app.

The ReRun app uses a GoPro to capture real-time video and then combines it with various driving factors for the F-Type including speed, gear selection, braking force, G-force, and throttle position.

The high-quality video from the GoPro and special highlights of the drive can be downloaded to a smartphone or other device for examination and even sharing on social media.

For the 2018 model lineup, Jaguar has introduced an F-Type with a model-specific front bumper and full-LED headlights to increase the overall aesthetic of the already-popular sports car.

Jaguar has also come up with a special F-Type 400 Sport, an edition that will only be sold for one model year. Powering the 400 Sport is a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine that makes 400 horsepower. The specialized model is even supported by an upgraded chassis and brake system to handle the extra ponies Jaguar packed under the hood.
