Former Third Eye Blind bassist and co-owner of the Dos Toros burrito chain, Leo Kremer, and his wife Lauren recently dropped just over $3 million to snatch up an apartment in the Gramercy neighborhood of New York City.

Located on 355 19th Street, the 2,000-square-foot space holds three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The apartment also comes with an outdoor balcony, oak flooring, private elevator access, and a private elevator.

Kremer and his wife are also about to offload their smaller apartment in the East Village. The apartment is under contract for somewhere in the $2-million ballpark.

Kremer was part of Third Eye Blind from 2006 to 2008, and the Bay-Area native started Dos Toros in 2009 with his brother Oliver.
