Griff Aviation has come up with an answer to the upcoming and ready-to-tap market of drone-based delivery by creating a way to transport up to 1,760 pounds with its new lineup of delivery drones.

The Norwegian company has created three drones, ranging from the Griff 300 to the Griff 800 that have the ability to deliver from just under 500 all the way up to 1,760 pounds.

When at full capacity, the new Griff 300 has the ability to be airborne for up to 45 minutes with a full 496-pound payload using 8 propellers. Design-wise, Griff gave its delivery drone a very industrial aesthetic that makes it look like it is ready for its first trip delivering a package right to a user’s door.

The drone has already been approved and certified by both the American Federal Aviation Administration and the European Aviation Safety Agency. Pricing for the Griff 300 is still unavailable.
